The mini bar was empty and not replenished until I requested it, which was a letdown. The floors could use a good cleaning, and the bathroom looked a bit worn out given the price range. To add insult to injury, the Wi-Fi was spotty at best. I didn't get that reliable connection I expected. They insisted on charging more for breakfast than what was advertised online, which felt misleading. not a smooth experience for the amount I paid.

The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was delicious, with a fantastic variety of local dishes that truly pleased my palate.
The mini bar was empty upon arrival and not in line with my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

The staff were hospitable, with special thanks to Ms. Varinder Kaur for her excellent front desk service. several amenities in the room were lacking, such as a proper shower cap and slippers. a blocked bathroom drain needed attention from housekeeping. Food was impressive, particularly the fresh local fish, which was served hot and delicious at late hours.

Exceptional hospitality and delicious food
I recently had the pleasure of staying here with my family, and the hospitality was simply outstanding. Shoutout to the staff who made everything easy for us, especially the service team at the restaurant. The food options covered a wide range of delicious local and international dishes that truly elevated our dining experience. I did notice some restrictions on the number of devices that could connect to the WiFi, which was a bit inconvenient given the number of devices we had.

Had an awesome time during my stay! The outdoor pool was a great way to unwind, and the breakfast spread was mouthwatering with so many tasty options. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty, but it didn’t really put a damper on my overall experience. 😊
